Third-party pickup locations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Transportation services are subject to availability, operational needs, and passenger compliance with these Terms.<\/p>\n
All passengers must:<\/p>\n
Be 21 years of age or older<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Present a valid, government-issued, original photo ID<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Comply with all casino entry requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n No copies, photos, or expired IDs will be accepted.<\/p>\n Failure to present valid ID may result in denial of boarding without refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n All tickets are:<\/p>\n Non-refundable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Non-exchangeable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Non-transferable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Void once the bus departs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Lost tickets or confirmation details are the responsibility of the passenger.<\/p>\n GreatLand Tours reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger whose name does not match the manifest or who fails to comply with boarding procedures.<\/p>\n Reservations are strongly recommended but not guaranteed until confirmed.<\/p>\n Walk-on passengers are accepted only if seats are available.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Seating is limited and offered on a first-confirmed basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n GreatLand Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations at its discretion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n A confirmation code may be required at boarding.<\/p>\n Failure to arrive at the designated departure time constitutes a \u201cno-show,\u201d and the ticket will be forfeited.<\/p>\n Pricing may vary based on promotions, casino participation, or possession of a valid player\u2019s card.<\/p>\n Passengers are responsible for verifying eligibility for promotional pricing.<\/p>\n GreatLand Tours reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n Pickup locations may include third-party parking lots provided solely for passenger convenience.<\/p>\n GreatLand Tours:<\/p>\n Does not own, lease, monitor, or secure these facilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Provides no parking supervision<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Assumes no duty to protect vehicles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n ALL VEHICLES ARE PARKED AT THE SOLE RISK OF THE VEHICLE OWNER.<\/p>\n GreatLand Tours expressly disclaims liability for:<\/p>\n Theft<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Vandalism<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Damage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Towing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Citations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Loss of personal property<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Personal injury occurring in parking areas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Passengers are responsible for complying with all posted parking rules.<\/p>\n By boarding the bus, passengers voluntarily assume all risks associated with:<\/p>\n Boarding and exiting vehicles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Travel by motorcoach<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Road conditions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Third-party facilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Parking areas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, GreatLand Tours shall not be liable for any injury, damage, delay, or loss unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.<\/p>\n To the maximum extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for transportation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n GreatLand Tours shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n GreatLand Tours is not responsible for missed casino promotions, gaming credits, hotel stays, entertainment reservations, or other financial losses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Schedules are approximate and subject to:<\/p>\n Traffic<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Weather<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Road conditions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Mechanical issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Law enforcement activity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Force majeure events<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n GreatLand Tours does not guarantee arrival or departure times.<\/p>\n In the event of breakdown or delay, substitute transportation may be provided at our discretion.<\/p>\n Passengers are solely responsible for personal belongings.<\/p>\n GreatLand Tours is not liable for:<\/p>\n Lost, stolen, or damaged items<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Items left on the bus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Items left in parking lots<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Damage to luggage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Luggage is permitted only for guests with a confirmed hotel stay.<\/p>\n Unclaimed property may be discarded after a reasonable period.<\/p>\n Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted subject to the following:<\/p>\n No glass containers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n No alcohol<\/p>\n<\/li>\n No illegal substances<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Passengers are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.<\/p>\n GreatLand Tours reserves the right to remove any passenger violating these rules without refund.<\/p>\n Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner.<\/p>\n GreatLand Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger for:<\/p>\n Disorderly conduct<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Intoxication<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Harassment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Unsafe behavior<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Damage to property<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Failure to follow driver instructions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Removed passengers are not entitled to a refund.<\/p>\n Passengers may be held financially responsible for damages caused by their conduct.<\/p>\n GreatLand Tours reserves the right to:<\/p>\n Cancel trips<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Modify pickup locations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Change schedules<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Substitute vehicles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Deny boarding<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n No liability shall attach for operational decisions.<\/p>\n By purchasing a ticket, the passenger agrees:<\/p>\n The charge is authorized<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The service is non-refundable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Initiating a fraudulent chargeback constitutes breach of agreement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n GreatLand Tours reserves the right to pursue collection of disputed amounts and associated fees.<\/p>\n Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreatLand Tours, its owners, officers, employees, drivers, and agents from claims arising from:<\/p>\n Passenger misconduct<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Violation of these Terms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Damage caused by passenger actions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n GreatLand Tours shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control.<\/p>\n These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.<\/p>\n Venue for any legal proceeding shall be Harris County, Texas.<\/p>\n Any dispute arising from use of GreatLand Tours services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.<\/p>\n Passengers waive the right to:<\/p>\n File a lawsuit in court<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Participate in a class action<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Trial by jury<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Arbitration shall be conducted under applicable Texas arbitration rules.<\/p>\n If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.<\/p>\n By boarding the bus or purchasing transportation, the passenger acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.<\/p>\n
