Service Policies, Terms & Conditions
Applies to all passengers utilizing GreatLand Tours transportation services.
1. Transportation Services
GreatLand Tours provides scheduled motorcoach transportation to designated casino destinations.
GreatLand Tours is a transportation provider only. We do not own, operate, control, manage, or supervise:

Casino properties
-
Parking facilities
-
Hotel accommodations
-
Third-party pickup locations
Transportation services are subject to availability, operational needs, and passenger compliance with these Terms.
2. Age & Identification Requirements
All passengers must:

Be 21 years of age or older
-
Present a valid, government-issued, original photo ID
-
Comply with all casino entry requirements
No copies, photos, or expired IDs will be accepted.
Failure to present valid ID may result in denial of boarding without refund.
3. Ticket Policy
All tickets are:

Non-refundable
-
Non-exchangeable
-
Non-transferable
-
Void once the bus departs
Lost tickets or confirmation details are the responsibility of the passenger.
GreatLand Tours reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger whose name does not match the manifest or who fails to comply with boarding procedures.
4. Reservations
Reservations are strongly recommended but not guaranteed until confirmed.

Walk-on passengers are accepted only if seats are available.

Seating is limited and offered on a first-confirmed basis.

GreatLand Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations at its discretion.
A confirmation code may be required at boarding.
Failure to arrive at the designated departure time constitutes a “no-show,” and the ticket will be forfeited.
5. Pricing
Pricing may vary based on promotions, casino participation, or possession of a valid player’s card.
Passengers are responsible for verifying eligibility for promotional pricing.
GreatLand Tours reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
6. Parking & Vehicle Liability
Pickup locations may include third-party parking lots provided solely for passenger convenience.
GreatLand Tours:

Does not own, lease, monitor, or secure these facilities
-
Provides no parking supervision
-
Assumes no duty to protect vehicles
ALL VEHICLES ARE PARKED AT THE SOLE RISK OF THE VEHICLE OWNER.
GreatLand Tours expressly disclaims liability for:

Theft
-
Vandalism
-
Damage
-
Towing
-
Citations
-
Loss of personal property
-
Personal injury occurring in parking areas
Passengers are responsible for complying with all posted parking rules.
7. Assumption of Risk
By boarding the bus, passengers voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

Boarding and exiting vehicles
-
Travel by motorcoach
-
Road conditions
-
Third-party facilities
-
Parking areas
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, GreatLand Tours shall not be liable for any injury, damage, delay, or loss unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for transportation.

GreatLand Tours shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

GreatLand Tours is not responsible for missed casino promotions, gaming credits, hotel stays, entertainment reservations, or other financial losses.
9. Delays & Mechanical Issues
Schedules are approximate and subject to:

Traffic
-
Weather
-
Road conditions
-
Mechanical issues
-
Law enforcement activity
-
Force majeure events
GreatLand Tours does not guarantee arrival or departure times.
In the event of breakdown or delay, substitute transportation may be provided at our discretion.
10. Personal Property & Luggage
Passengers are solely responsible for personal belongings.
GreatLand Tours is not liable for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged items
-
Items left on the bus
-
Items left in parking lots
-
Damage to luggage
Luggage is permitted only for guests with a confirmed hotel stay.
Unclaimed property may be discarded after a reasonable period.
11. Food & Beverage Policy
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted subject to the following:

No glass containers
-
No alcohol
-
No illegal substances
Passengers are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
GreatLand Tours reserves the right to remove any passenger violating these rules without refund.
12. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner.
GreatLand Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger for:

Disorderly conduct
-
Intoxication
-
Harassment
-
Unsafe behavior
-
Damage to property
-
Failure to follow driver instructions
Removed passengers are not entitled to a refund.
Passengers may be held financially responsible for damages caused by their conduct.
13. Operator Cancellation
GreatLand Tours reserves the right to:

Cancel trips
-
Modify pickup locations
-
Change schedules
-
Substitute vehicles
-
Deny boarding
No liability shall attach for operational decisions.
14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing a ticket, the passenger agrees:

The charge is authorized
-
The service is non-refundable
-
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback constitutes breach of agreement
GreatLand Tours reserves the right to pursue collection of disputed amounts and associated fees.
15. Indemnification
Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreatLand Tours, its owners, officers, employees, drivers, and agents from claims arising from:

Passenger misconduct
-
Violation of these Terms
-
Damage caused by passenger actions
16. Force Majeure
GreatLand Tours shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Venue for any legal proceeding shall be Harris County, Texas.
18. Arbitration & Waiver of Jury Trial
Any dispute arising from use of GreatLand Tours services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.
Passengers waive the right to:

File a lawsuit in court
-
Participate in a class action
-
Trial by jury
Arbitration shall be conducted under applicable Texas arbitration rules.
19. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
20. Acceptance of Terms
By boarding the bus or purchasing transportation, the passenger acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
